2. Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.; server location: Frankfurt am Main (Germany). On each visit, server log files are processed (IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in stable and secure service delivery. Log files are deleted after at most 30 days.

3. Contact Form & PHP Processing

You can send us an inquiry via the contact form. Data collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), offer amount (optional), and your message; technically: timestamp and IP address (for abuse prevention).

The form is processed by a PHP script running on our own hosting infrastructure (Hostinger, Frankfurt am Main). Your data is not forwarded to third parties outside the EU.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest). Retention period: Inquiries without a resulting contract are deleted after at most 12 months; contract-related inquiries are subject to statutory retention periods (generally 6–10 years).

4. Email Delivery via SMTP (Hostinger)

Form submissions are forwarded by email to info@arsaportal.com. Delivery is handled by the SMTP server smtp.hostinger.com using TLS encryption (port 465/SSL). Technical metadata (time, IP, protocol data) is processed in this context. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).

5. Web Fonts (Self-Hosted)

This site uses the typefaces DM Sans and Forum. Both fonts are stored on our own web server and served directly from it. No requests are made to external font servers such as Google Fonts. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

6. Cookies & Browser Storage

This site uses only technically necessary identifiers. Only the user's language preference (TR or EN) is stored in the browser. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.

7. SSL/TLS Encryption

All data transmission between your browser and our server is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Unencrypted connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.

8. Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR Art. 15–21 you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing carried out under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). To exercise these rights, contact: info@arsaportal.com.
